Delivery Details

Next Working Day Delivery 

We make every effort to make sure orders placed before 15:00hrs GMT are dispatched for delivery the next day. Orders placed after this time on Fridays will be processed on the following on Monday (excluding bank holidays) and will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Saturday delivery can be arranged on request at extra cost.

Please note that we cannot guarantee next day delivery, and there are limitations to the service coverage areas for both next day and timed deliveries. If you are unsure of the coverage in your area, just email us at info@travall.com

 

Tracking Your Order

We use a number of highly reputable UK, European and worldwide couriers. After placing your order, you’ll be sent a confirmation email which will include the name of your courier and a consignment number, via which you can track the progress of your order online. If you don’t receive a consignment number, please email us at info@travall.com

Please be aware that it is your sole responsibility to make provision for receipt of goods at the advised delivery address. In the event of non-delivery, goods will be returned to Travall and a return surcharge applied, along with the original carriage cost. Any money refunded to you will be minus these charges.

 

Carriage Charges

We do not seek to profit from carriage charges. We offer complete transparency with our shipping rates which we regard to be highly competitive. Neither do we cloak the cost of shipping within the retail cost of our products. If an incorrect carriage charge is applied at point of purchase due to user error, Travall reserve the right to withhold shipment of goods until any outstanding balance of monies is paid.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside the European Union will be subject to import duty. This charge varies by country and state, and is not included in the checkout price of the goods you order. Payment of any import duty will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
