Carriage Charges & Delivery Information

Next Day Services*
Orders must be placed by 13:00 on the day of despatch, otherwise Travall will not be able to guarantee next day delivery. Orders placed on Fridays after 13:00 will be processed Monday (excluding bank holidays) and due for delivery Tuesday. Saturday delivery can be arranged on request at extra cost.

All UK courier services are provided by UK Mail (Business Post Group PLC). *Please note that there are limitations to the service coverage areas for next day and timed deliveries - please check with your local depot before despatch, or go to www.ukmail.biz, click on 'Send a Consignment' then 'Service Availability' to check by pos.

International orders are delivered by DHL, TNT and UPS.

Non-Delivery
It is the customers sole responsibility to make provision for receipt of goods at the advised delivery address. In the event of non-delivery, goods will be returned to Travall and a return surcharge applied along with the original carriage cost. Any monies refunded to the customer will be minus these charges.

Carriage Charges
If an incorrect carriage charge is applied at point of purchase due to user error, Travall reserve the right to withold shipment of goods until any outstanding balance of monies is paid.
