Don’t worry. Please contact us to arrange collection of the incorrect product and we will help you correctly identify the appropriate product for your vehicle. If you place an order over the phone for the correct items, we will even refund the collection charge for you if you live in Germany or the United Kingdom.* If you live outside Germany or the United Kingdom, we can offer competitive rates and will do all we can to assist you.

Any order can easily be cancelled and refunded, before items have been shipped.
If your order has already been despatched, but not yet received, we will attempt to halt delivery with our courier and arrange the return to our warehouse.*
*Please be aware that in this case you will be responsible for costs incurred as a result of return / rejected delivery. We never charge more than the amount charged by our couriers for this, so there are no hidden fees.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to advise us that the accessory is damaged, faulty, missing parts or if there are any suspected manufacturing defects.
If your consignment shows damage at time of delivery, it is best for the delivery to be signed for as damaged, so we can raise a claim with the courier. Whatever happens, you will be refunded in full.
You can choose from either a replacement free of charge (including shipping costs), or a full refund including any shipping costs.
Sometimes where the cost of returning the product to us is too high, we may ask you to dispose of the product. In such a case, we may ask for evidence of this before a refund can be granted.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to advise us that you wish to return the product/s. If you are arranging the shipping to return the product to us you will have a further 14 days to deliver to our warehouse. If we are arranging collection, we will contact you regarding the arrangements.
If the product/s have been received and have been installed but unused, please contact us within 14 days for us to arrange collection. Upon receipt of goods into our warehouse we will refund the order value of returned items, but will deduct the collection charge.

All accessories to be returned/refunded must be in a new and unused condition, fitment into vehicle without damage is considered unused, but only to test fit. Returns must include all original parts and packaging supplied to enable refund.

Unless products are faulty and/or not fitting correctly, we are unable to accept return of product/s that have been fitted and used. A “used” product may show signs of wear and tear, marks and light damage during normal use of the product.
