Import Duty

Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the European Union will be subject to import duty. This charge varies by country and state, and is not included in the checkout price of the goods you order. Payment of any import duty will be your responsibility.

Shipping

Orders received before 15.00 GMT are dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time on a Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We use a number of highly reputable European and worldwide couriers. Although we try our hardest to ensure given delivery times are accurate, they cannot be fully guaranteed as we rely to a great extent on courier companies we use.

Collection

UK customers are welcome to pick up their order in person from our Derby Head Office. You can either pre-order by calling us before 4:30pm on 01332 387 630, then come in before 5:15pm to collect your order, or you can come in before 4:30pm and pay for your order there and then. We are open Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5:30pm, but closed on Saturday and Sunday. Our customer service team are available to take telephone orders from 8am to 4:30pm. You'll find Travall at:

Order Tracking

After you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation email, detailing the products you have requested. The courier we are using will also email you directly, providing you with a reference number and website link through which you can track your order and check the expected delivery time. Delivery Charges

We do not seek to profit from delivery charges and offer complete transparency when it comes to shipping rates, which we regard as highly competitive. Neither do we hide the cost of shipping within the retail cost of our products. However, if an incorrect delivery charge is applied at point of purchase due to user error, we reserve the right to withhold shipment until any outstanding balance is paid.

Non-Delivery

A common reason for non-delivery is that there was no one at the shipping address to sign for the goods. If you are in any way unsure whether you will be present when your delivery arrives, please provide us with a different shipping address, or give a neighbour written permission to sign for the order. In the event of non-delivery, goods will be returned to Travall and a return surcharge applied, along with the original delivery cost. Any money refunded to you will be minus these charges.
